The following article describes the Terms of Service and Refunds policy of SAS Purple Dog Custom – here referred as PURPLE DOG CUSTOM) and Customers that purchase items (via online shop or otherwise) – here referred to as (CUSTOMER)
If an article does not give you satisfaction, the CUSTOMER should send it to PURPLE DOG CUSTOM postage paid, in its original packaging, within 14 days from date of receipt, with a proof of purchase. This item will be refunded upon receipt, at its purchase value, using the original method of payment.

Guarantees
PURPLE DOG CUSTOM articles benefit from a variable guarantee of 6 months to 2 years, depending on the item. In case of problems, please get in touch first, PURPLE DOG CUSTOM will make every effort to solve it. A part under guarantee will always arrive free of port to the CUSTOMER.
PURPLE DOG CUSTOM electronics are guaranteed for 2 years.
The following are excluded from this warranty:
- caused by and not limited to shock, crash, etc.
- due to improper handling,
- due to normal wear and tear for example and not limited to fading anodising, scratches from use, etc.)
- due to the obvious lack of maintenance,
- occurring following a repair that has not been performed in our workshops,
- normal aging of (lithium-ion) batteries
PURPLE DOG CUSTOM warranty obligation is expressly limited to the replacement of the defective item and/or part. No compensation can be claimed in case of immobilisation or otherwise.
Rates and Validity
The proposed offers are valid until the next update of the site custompurple.com, and within the limits of available stocks.
In case of supplier’s failure, the corresponding order may be canceled and replaced by a credit or a refund.
PURPLE DOG CUSTOM prices are firm and indicated in Euros all taxes included, excluding shipping costs.
Rates outside mainland France are established in compliance with the rules and laws in force.
In case of dispute, the court of Paris is only competent.
Know it
- PURPLE DOG CUSTOM has taken the utmost care in describing the selected articles. In spite of all our attention, this site may contain errors or omissions.
- Suppliers can make changes to the products offered, in order to improve their quality, PURPLE DOG CUSTOM will do the best to modify texts and photos of the articles concerned.
- PURPLE DOG CUSTOM reserves the right to make changes to all Purple Dog Custom products without prior notice
- In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 06/01/78, you have the right to access and rectify data concerning you.
Refunds
PURPLE DOG CUSTOM Refund and Returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, PURPLE DOG CUSTOM can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item of the CUSTOMER must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, PURPLE DOG CUSTOM requires a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Not Limited to Some Examples:
- Custom cabling, soldering, etc.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Processing of Refunds
Once the return sent by the CUSTOMER is received and inspected, PURPLE DOG CUSTOM will send an email to notify to the CUSTOMER that PURPLE DOG CUSTOM have received the returned item of the CUSTOMER. PURPLE DOG CUSTOM will also notify the CUSTOMER of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return of the CUSTOMER is approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
PURPLE DOG CUSTOM only replaces items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to:

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. PURPLE DOG CUSTOM does not guarantee that your returned item will be received.
For items lost in transit, only a partial refund might be offered. The amount is entirely up to PURPLE DOG CUSTOM’s discretion.
